What file do I receive after the purchase?
High quality audio file: wav, 44.1kHz, 16-bit or 24-bit (no watermark demo / preview)
What is the difference between 16-bit and 24-bit files?
The only difference is the resolution of the data (samples). In practice the differences are not audible.
Will the 24-bit files have better sound quality?
No. Audible sound quality is the same for files of 16- and 24-bit.
Are the 24-bit files more expensive?
The price of 16- and 24-bit files in our music library is always the same.
Do I need 16-bit or 24-bit file?
For most of production-editing use the file of 16-bit is appropriate and sufficient. It is an accepted current standard.
24-bit files can only be used in case of multi-stage and advanced editing operations on the soundtrack (mixing multiple tracks, mastering, resampling, etc.)
Here you will find more detailed information on 16- and 24-bit files.
